A Game Awards é, atualmente, a maior premiação de jogos do mundo. No ano passado, a cerimônia coroou grandes títulos como God of War, que levou o troféu de Jogo do Ano, e Fortnite, eleito como Melhor Jogo Multijogador. Para sua próxima edição, a organização acaba de divulgar os nomes que estarão concorrendo. O Game Awards 2019 ocorrerá em 12 de Dezembro, em Los Angeles, na Califórnia.
